About
We read the filings of eleven public companies building AI compute, robots and the American power grid, and publish what we find with every source attached.
What we do
We write one sourced memo per company and thematic reports that connect them. Each memo opens with the question we are watching, then works through the business, its market and competitors, the financials, valuation and risks. Every figure links to its source.
Coverage
- AI Infrastructure
- Chips, packaging, networking, power and cooling: the supply chain behind AI compute. NVIDIA, Taiwan Semiconductor, Broadcom and Vertiv.
- Physical AI and Robotics
- Robots leaving the factory cell: surgical, warehouse, collaborative and humanoid. Tesla, Intuitive Surgical, Teradyne and Symbotic.
- U.S. Reindustrialization
- The grid, electrical equipment and the crews rebuilding American industrial capacity. GE Vernova, Eaton and Quanta Services.
How we work
- Primary sources first
- Filings, earnings releases and calls, including those of suppliers and customers. Opinions come after the numbers.
- A thesis you can falsify
- Every memo states what would prove it wrong, and we revisit it when that happens.
- No ratings
- We publish no ratings or price targets. Each memo lays out the evidence, and readers draw their own conclusions.
- Information walls
- We do not publish on or trade any company about which we hold confidential information.
Positions and disclosures
We invest our own capital and may hold, buy or sell shares of the companies we cover at any time without notice. Every memo and report carries the same standard disclosure saying so; it does not list our holdings. The full disclosures explain what our research is and is not.
