Behind good products, a disciplined supply chain.

We coordinate design, raw-material sourcing, production and delivery for international brands and retailers. We own no factories, and we answer for every one we book.

Our network

Partners we know by name.

We would rather know a factory’s calendar, its people and its limits than list a thousand we have never visited.

Responsibility

A chain worth signing our name to.

Fair pay, safe floors and measured footprints, written into every order we place, audited in person, reported once a year.

Our commitments
Our strategy

Value delivered at every link, without owning a single one.

Experience in the trade has taught us that a supply chain is not a diagram but a set of promises between people. We keep ours in three places, and we are judged on all three.

01

People

The chain is made of people before it is made of anything else. Our supplier code (fair pay, safe floors, no exceptions) is a condition of every order, and we audit it in person rather than by questionnaire.

02

Partners

Long relationships earn better calendars, better prices and honest answers when something goes wrong, which is precisely when a supply chain proves what it is worth. We keep our network small enough to know.

03

Planet

Every brief carries a materials and freight footprint before it carries a margin. We favor certified mills, consolidated sailings and nearshore routes where they genuinely reduce impact, and we track what we measure.

About Nash & Vance

An agent that answers for the whole chain.

Nash & Vance was founded in San Francisco, built on the belief that the industry needed an agent accountable for the whole chain rather than a link of it. The tools have changed beyond recognition; the idea has not.

We coordinate a close network of manufacturing partners across our production markets, and still own no factories, by design. Our customers hold one contract, not dozens, and one phone number when a date moves.

Our history
The supply chain

Five stages, walked in order, every season.

One thread from first sketch to shop floor, and back again, because sell-through is where the next brief begins.

01

Design

Trend becomes brief, brief becomes a sealed sample both sides have signed, with the calendar agreed in writing.

02

Sourcing

We buy at the mill, not the market. Materials are reserved against the calendar, so production never waits.

03

Production

Merchandisers and quality engineers stay on the floor through every run, so what ships is what was approved.

04

Logistics

Consolidation, customs and final-mile planning, sequenced so goods spend their time moving rather than waiting.

05

Retail

The journey ends with the consumer, and begins there too: sell-through feeds the brief for next season.

Each stage in detail
Our reach

A network kept deliberately close.

Our teams sit in the markets they manage and walk the floors they book, coordinated from one desk in San Francisco, close enough to know a factory before we place an order against it.

Responsibility

Standards are the only thing holding a chain we do not own.

Planet Protecting our planet

Measured freight and materials footprints on every program, certified mills preferred, and consolidation before speed wherever the calendar allows.
