Capabilities

One accountable thread.

We convene the parties: mills, factories, freight, customs, distribution. Then we answer for the whole, so our customers hold one contract instead of forty.

The journey

Five stages, walked in order.

Each stage has an owner, a date and a document. Nothing advances on an assumption, and nothing is re-explained to a second vendor halfway through.

01

Design & development

Our product teams sit with the customer’s designers and merchants to turn trend into brief and brief into product: fabric research, costing, fit, and a sealed sample both sides have signed. The calendar is agreed here, in writing, before a single yard is bought.

02

Raw-material sourcing

We buy at the mill, not the market. Fabric, trims and components come from suppliers we have audited for quality, compliance and capacity, then reserve against the agreed calendar, so production never waits on a delivery we cannot name.

03

Production management

Orders are placed with factories matched to the product, not merely to the price. Our merchandisers and quality engineers stay on the floor through every run, from inline inspection to mid-line correction to final audit, so what ships is what was approved.

04

Logistics & delivery

From factory gate to distribution center: consolidation, ocean and air booking, customs and documentation, and final-mile planning, sequenced so goods spend their time moving rather than waiting. One tracking view, shared with the customer.

05

Retail & replenishment

The journey ends with the consumer, and begins there too. Sell-through and returns data feed the next brief, and fast-turn capacity in nearshore markets lets a winning style return to the shelf while it is still winning.

How we engage

Three ways to work with us.

Engagement What it covers Suited to
Full-package program Design through delivery, end to end: one contract, one calendar, one point of accountability. Brands and retailers building a category from scratch, or consolidating vendors.
Sourcing & production Factory selection, material buying, production and quality management against your own designs. Teams with strong design benches who need a trusted manufacturing arm.
Logistics & consolidation Freight booking, customs, consolidation and delivery scheduling across an existing vendor base. Operations teams untangling a many-origin, many-forwarder network.
Visibility

The ledger: one view of every order.

Every program runs on a shared ledger. Each purchase order, sample approval, inspection result and sailing becomes visible to the customer the moment it is visible to us. No weekly spreadsheet, no version eleven.

When a date moves, everyone learns it at once, with the reason attached and a revised plan beside it.
