Responsibility

The supply chain is people, first.

We do not own the factories we book, which makes our standards, our audits and our word the only things holding the chain to account.

Three pillars Commitments How we audit Policies
Three pillars

Written down, measured, reported.

Every commitment below is dated, owned by a named officer, and reported against once a year with its numbers attached. Misses included, together with what we are doing about them.

01

Protecting our planet

Every program is costed with its materials and freight footprint beside its margin. We prefer certified mills, book consolidated sailings before air, and route nearshore when it genuinely reduces impact rather than when it merely reads well.

02

People in the supply chain

Our Supplier Code of Conduct bars child and forced labor, guarantees fair pay and safe floors, and is a condition of every order we place. Audits happen in person, on a published calendar, and findings carry deadlines rather than suggestions.

03

Governance & transparency

Good governance means transparency, accountability and independence: a board that asks hard questions, standards we put in writing, and a whistleblowing channel open to every worker in the chain, in their own language.

What we hold ourselves to

Practices, not promises.

These are the standards we run every program against, and the ones a customer may ask us about at any review.

In person

Every active factory audited on a recurring calendar, not by questionnaire.

Tracked

Freight and materials footprint tracked on every program, consolidation preferred over speed.

Preferred

Certified and verified-preferred mills favored wherever the calendar allows.

Always

Every grievance raised through the worker channel gets a prompt, direct response.

How we audit

In person, on a calendar, with deadlines.

01

Onboarding audit before a first order, covering wages, hours, safety, and the right to organize.

02

Announced review on an eighteen-month cycle, plus unannounced visits during peak production.

03

Corrective plan with named owners and dates. Critical findings stop shipment until closed.

04

Annual disclosure of findings by category, shared with customers and partners, prior year included for comparison.

In writing

Our standards, in writing.

Our Supplier Code of Conduct, environmental commitments and whistleblowing channel are documented internally and shared directly with partners and customers who ask.
